Thomas, originally from a New Mexico cattle ranching family, has a background rich in hard work and dedication. His journey took him from rural Oklahoma to Florida, where he joined the Fire Service in 2005.

For over 16 years, Thomas served as a firefighter in Melbourne, Fl running an estimated 20,000 calls to 911 and earning multiple commendations for his actions. He earned several certifications to include: paramedic, driver/operator, company officer, hazardous materials, rope rescue, and others.

Transitioning to business administration, he is now the Firm Administrator, applying his leadership skills to manage the firm’s strategic direction alongside his wife, Karen Montas, the firm’s managing partner. Together, they have three children and share a passion for the outdoors.
