Nicole Hosey, Esq., is a dedicated attorney in the pursuit of justice and excellence in the legal profession. After earning her Juris Doctor from Florida A&M College of Law in 2018, Nicole was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2019, marking the beginning of her impactful legal career.

With a passion for the intricacies of law and a drive to make a difference, Nicole began her journey as a criminal prosecutor, where she honed her skills and served the community for over four years. During her tenure in criminal law, she demonstrated an unwavering commitment to upholding the principles of justice and ensuring the rights of all individuals.

In 2023, Nicole transitioned into the realm of civil litigation, joining the esteemed firm of Johnson & Montas. Drawing upon her experience as a prosecutor, she seamlessly transitioned into her new role, bringing a unique perspective and a wealth of courtroom experience to her practice. As a civil litigator, Nicole is dedicated to advocating for her clients’ interests with integrity, diligence, and a steadfast commitment to achieving favorable outcomes.
